Payment Options for your Convenience

We accept various payment options so that you can choose the one you that best suits your needs and preferences. At Spring House Family Dentistry our clients can choose from a range of payment methods for our dental services. For your convenience, we have listed the following payment options for you to review.

Cash

Many patients consider that paying cash is more convenient. It is also common for patients to pay for half of their treatment in cash and have the remaining portion covered through their insurance provider. This should be approved by the insurance provider before beginning your procedure.

Credit Cards

Today, many people prefer paying with their credit cards rather than any other payment method. We accept the majority of credit cards to provide maximum convenience to our patients.

Personal Checks

Aside from cash, we also accept personal checks as payment for our dental services.  Should you need to use a personal check or make a bank transfer, our office will be happy to provide you with all the necessary details needed.  These may include the receiver’s name, account number, etc.

CareCredit

Our office accepts CareCredit, a healthcare credit card that is used to pay for out-of-pocket expenses not covered by dental insurance. CareCredit is subject to credit approval, but once you are accepted, you can use it again and again. CareCredit is a great option if you're on a budget, in that you can pay for your dental expenses in installments. Ask us about CareCredit today! Applying is easy, and we are here to answer any questions.

Insurance

There are various dental insurance plans today and many of the plans fully cover or partially cover your basic dental work including teeth cleanings, fillings, check-ups and even necessary dental surgery. Since dental plans can vary in terms of services covered and accepted providers, it is important you talk to your insurance to understand your plan and prepare before your visit with us. Keep in mind that if your dental insurance only covers part of your services, you will have a balance remaining for which you can pay through our other payment options available. It is important that you verify with your insurance if we are an accepted provider to use through your dental insurance. If you are paying your dental services through your insurance, please make sure to bring your insurance card and a form of ID the day of your visit.
